Mailing Notice Fee Policy Update

Effective Date

The new mailing notice fee policy will take effect on November 1, 2025.

Fee Structure

All notices that require mailing after they have been posted will be subject to additional fees. These fees consist of the cost of postage as well as an extra charge of $1.50 per occupant.

Included Costs

The additional fee covers the following expenses:

• Scanned Photo of the posting off the server's body cam (sent via email upon request)
• Printing materials and printer supplies
• Envelopes
• Labor
